Ronald H. Josepher and Tyler E. Batteese resigned from a large insurance defense law firm in early 1998, to form their Firm with the goal of servicing a wide variety of legal needs of the Florida professional with a large emphasis on health care providers. The Firm has grown to include other experienced trial attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. The goal of the Firm is to utilize their large law firm experience in providing comprehensive representation of professionals and the institutions in which they practice statewide while providing the individual attention and cost effectiveness of the smaller firm.

As a small firm, we take pride in the fact that each lawyer devotes special attention to his clients. No client will be represented by a lawyer at any deposition or hearing, who does not have extensive trial experience. In furtherance of the goal of providing special attention to clients, clients are welcome to contact any of their lawyers, day or night. Moreover, in spite of the high level of experience, the firm’s fee structure is very competitive because of its size.

The Firm is one of the primary firms of one of the largest medical malpractice insurers in the state. The Firm also represents several other insurance carriers, their insureds, self insureds, and self-insured entities in defense of medical malpractice claims, general liability matters, as well as administrative and disciplinary actions brought against them by State and regulatory agencies. The firm is also available to fill health care transactional needs, and other legal needs which may arise for hospitals, physicians, dentists and other health care practitioners.
